Each Pelton turbine will be directly coupled with an electric generator supplied as package with the turbine Seller shall design the Pelton Turbines and their auxiliaries and shall be responsible for the design of the whole turbine /generator lineshaft The Pelton Turbines will discharge in a non-pressurized channel. 2.REQUIREMENTS 2.1 GENERAL NOTES The design, manufacturing, testing, inspection, painting, packing, supply and workshop testing of all equipment / materials included in the scope of work shall be in accordance with this Material Requisition, attached contractual specifications and applicable codes and standards. Eventual deviations or modification are acceptable provided sufficient explanation to justify them Under no circumstances, any of the statements of this specification or of the purchase order waive the supplier to provide all services and supplies necessary to fulfill its contractual obligations. Anyhow the compliance with standards, Codes and Specifications does not relieve the Vendor for his responsibility to furnish equipment, materials and accessories of proper design and manufacturing as well as fully suitable for all specified duties, operating conditions and guaranteed performances. Purchaser approval of any Vendor or Vendor sub-supplier drawings / documents shall not relieve the vendor from any of his responsibility for errors or omissions which may exists, even though Work has been done in accordance with such approved drawings and documents. Anyhow the compliance with standards, Codes and Specifications does not relieve the Vendor for his responsibility to furnish equipment, materials and accessories of proper design and manufacturing as well as fully suitable for all specified duties, operating conditions and guaranteed performances.
